Red Bull Awards:

2016 Red Bull Hart Lines

Custom hand fabricated skateboarding trophies in the motor city, Detroit. We used actual skateboard trucks as toppers with real spark plugs in place of the kingpin and real aluminum pistons for the wheels.  The place number font is the same font the Detroit Pistons use for their jerseys. We hand cut the font using a plasma cutter. Skateboard bushings were used as spacers for the acrylic plaque with the printed event details.  The base was made to replicate quarter pipes that were used throughout the event and given a rustic patina finish.  A true one of a kind art piece the winning athlete can proudly display.

 

2016 Red Bull Rampage 

Custom handcrafted awards for the worlds best and most daring mountain bike athletes. Built with the help of wood craftsman, TJ Harman. Wood printed topper mounted with rebar on top of middle section using mountain bike hand grips as pillars next to the hand cut place number. The base was made of wood and laser etched. There was also a Peoples Choice award that incorporated three mountain bike brake rotors mounted with rebar posts. Cool and unique. 

 

2017 Red Bull Hart Lines 

Skateboard hardware and aluminum pistons used again for this skateboard event, but this time incorporating faux brick, made by TJ Harman, to compliment the event course. Still cool, still unique, still fantasticular!

 

2019 Crandon World Cup

The Super Bowl of off road racing. This event brings racers from all over the world to compete... Winner gets the trophy we build.

 

2019 Rise Till Dawn featuring Halo 3

Video game championship event. They need trophies too. This was a great fit because we have been gamers here before we became skaters.

 

 

 

 

Dew Tour Awards: 

2017 Summer Dew Tour 

Trophies for the Mountain Dew Dew Tour skateboarding event in Long Beach, CA. These trophies have hand cut Dew Tour "D" as a topper mounted on top of mini oil well replica fixture since the event was in Long Beach. The oil towers had skateboard bushings at the bottom as feet. Keeping with the Long Beach inspired theme, the base was made to replicate a shipping container and used actual skateboard wheel bearings as spacers for the acyrlic plaque. With these trophies, we used paint to match the colors of the venue. 

 

 

Skatercross Trophies

2016 Skatercross Trophies

These trophies used real skateboard wheels as pads so that furniture does not get damaged. Also used actual Gator Skins skate surface to laser etch the event logo and event information. Gator Skin was also used for the place number of the trophy in the shape of a BMX number plate to go with the race theme.

 

 

2017 Skatercross Trophies

Sticking with the skateboard theme for the skateboard event, we used skateboard wheels but this time with wheel bearing so that they actually spin.  I am getting tired so I am going to stop typing descriptions.
